Athletes come in many forms but the key to athletic performance is physics and physiology.  Your ability to tolerate loads and different speeds and your ability to produce a force either against the ground, the ball or the opponent is the key to your being the best.  Instead of working with a trainer who will give you the exercises that they give with me just once.  I guarantee you will walk out with something that will change your performance or I'll give you the session for free.  

When an athlete becomes injured, a course of treatment to build load tolerance and improve force production restores  performance. My mentor is a PT for a professional rugby team.  With his cutting edge, world class techniques I've helped ballet dancers, marathon runners and football players restore or improve their performance.
